Return Summary (Please Read Carefully)
We take pride in crafting exclusive, limited-edition pieces. Below is a quick summary of our return policy — however, all returns are subject to approval and must follow the detailed conditions outlined below.
- Returns are accepted only under specific conditions (see Section 2)
- Free return shipping will be provided only for cases involving fulfillment or manufacturing errors
- No restocking fees will be charged for approved returns
- Final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstance
At The Sunveil Club, each product is carefully inspected and packed prior to shipment. Our pieces are limited-edition, crafted with care, and reflect our commitment to quality. Because of this exclusivity, we maintain a strict refund policy as outlined below.
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges if the customer changes their mind, orders the wrong size, or is otherwise dissatisfied with a product that has been delivered in good condition.
2. Refunds or Exchanges – Eligibility
Refunds or exchanges will only be granted under the following conditions:
- You received a product with manufacturing defects.
- You received a wrong item due to our fulfillment error.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
- You must contact us within 3 calendar days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags attached and all included accessories.
- You must provide clear photo/video evidence of the issue.
Requests submitted after 3 days of delivery will not be considered.
3. Return Approval & Shipping
All returns must be pre-approved by contacting us at contact@thesunveilclub.com. Do not return any items without prior authorization.
If the error was ours (e.g. wrong item or factory defect):
- We will cover the return shipping cost.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will offer either:
- A full refund to the original payment method, or
- A store credit, depending on what best fits the situation and the customer’s preference.
If the issue was caused by the customer (e.g. incorrect size or color selected), we will not issue a refund or exchange.
4. Lost, Damaged, or Tampered Packages
Once the product is shipped and tracking is provided, The Sunveil Club is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages
- Damaged boxes due to carrier handling
- Opened or tampered packaging
In such cases, the customer must contact the shipping provider directly. However, we are happy to assist or guide in the resolution process if contacted promptly.
5. Justification Required for Refunds
We do not offer "no-questions-asked" refunds. Every refund request must be supported by:
- Valid evidence
- Compliance with this refund policy
We reserve the right to reject any claim that does not meet the conditions above.
