This website is operated by The Sunveil Club. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to The Sunveil Club. We offer this website and all information, tools, and services available from it to you, conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms.
Any new features or tools added to the current store will also be subject to the Terms. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Age Requirement
Our Site is accessible to all users. However, if you are a minor, you must use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If we determine that a purchase was made by a minor without adult consent, we reserve the right to cancel or void the transaction.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.
4. Product Availability & Pricing
- Our products are offered in limited quantities and may sell out without notice.
- Prices are subject to change at any time. The price at the time of checkout is final for that transaction.
- Restocked or reissued products may differ in price.
- We reserve the right to limit sales of our products or services to any person, region, or jurisdiction.
5. Order Refusal & Fraud Protection
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. This includes orders that we suspect may be:
- Intended for resale or bulk purchase
- Fraudulent or unauthorized
- Made using false information or manipulated billing/shipping data
To protect our brand and legitimate customers, we actively monitor patterns of abuse and exploitation. We strictly prohibit any attempts to obtain free products through deceptive tactics such as false damage claims, repeated chargebacks, or false identity submissions. Abuse of return or customer service systems may result in denial of service, reporting to financial institutions, and permanent blocking from our platform.
6. Payment & Billing
We accept payments via Shopify Payments, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and others as available. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete billing and shipping details
- Keep your account information current
- Not use someone else’s identity or financial information without authorization
7. Shipping Policy
- We currently ship exclusively within the United States.
- Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary by carrier.
- Once tracking is provided and the package has been handed over to the shipping provider, The Sunveil Club is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.
- Customers must contact the carrier directly regarding delivery disputes.
8. Product Descriptions & Accuracy
We strive to display our products and descriptions accurately. However, we do not guarantee that:
- Product descriptions are error-free
- Images on your screen exactly reflect real-life colors or textures
- All stock information will be up to date at all times
9. SMS Marketing Consent
By opting into SMS communications, you consent to receive marketing messages, transactional updates, and abandoned checkout reminders. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP." Message and data rates may apply.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. We operate under the protection of applicable U.S. federal and state statutes including, but not limited to:
- The Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S. Code § 45): Prohibits unfair or deceptive acts or practices in commerce, providing safeguards for both consumers and businesses.
- The Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S. Code § 1030): Protects against unauthorized access to computer systems and online services.
- The CAN-SPAM Act (15 U.S. Code § 7701): Regulates commercial electronic messages and requires consent for SMS/email marketing.
- The Uniform Commercial Code (UCC, Article 2): Governs contracts for the sale of goods and protects sellers from breach of agreement.
Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through the appropriate courts within the state of Pennsylvania, United States.. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved under applicable federal or state courts.

Mobile Terms of Service
The The Sunveil Club mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by The Sunveil Club (“The Sunveil Club”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to The Sunveil Club’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of The Sunveil Club through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with The Sunveil Club. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +18555269587 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other The Sunveil Club mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
