Shipping Policy — Effective Date: November 16, 2025

At The Sunveil Club, every order is handled with attention to detail, care, and professionalism.
Please review the following information regarding our shipping process, timelines, and responsibilities.


1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

All of our products are released in limited quantities.
Once your purchase is completed, please allow 14 to 21 business days for order processing before shipment.

Each garment undergoes a detailed quality inspection, where we verify finishes, details, and packaging prior to dispatch.
We aim to ensure that every piece reflects the essence and standards of The Sunveil Club from the moment it leaves our hands until it reaches yours.


2. Shipping Carriers & Confirmation

We ship using the following carriers:

  • United States: USPS

  • International (Canada, Mexico, Guatemala, and Nicaragua): DHL

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking updates automatically as your package moves through the carrier’s network.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
If incorrect information is submitted and the package cannot be delivered, The Sunveil Club is not responsible for replacement or redelivery.


3. Delivery Responsibility & Risk

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier (USPS, DHL, or UPS), The Sunveil Club is no longer liable for lost, delayed, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
At that moment, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

If a package is marked as “delivered” but not received:

  • Check around your residence and mailbox

  • Ask neighbors or building management

  • Review security footage if available

  • Contact the carrier directly and request Proof of Delivery (POD) or GPS delivery data

We’re happy to assist with guidance, but we cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages lost or mishandled by the carrier.


4. Replacements for Lost or Damaged Items

At this time, we do not offer replacements or re-shipments for items lost or damaged once the package has left our facility.
We recommend contacting the respective carrier directly to file a claim.

As a growing brand, this policy allows us to continue offering limited, high-quality drops with transparency.
In the future, we may introduce shipping insurance options at checkout.


5. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to the following countries:
United States, Canada, Mexico, Guatemala, and Nicaragua.

All international orders are subject to duties, taxes, or import fees based on the destination country’s laws.
These charges are calculated automatically at checkout and shown before the final payment.
The Sunveil Club is not responsible for any additional customs or carrier fees charged upon delivery.


6. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated automatically through Shopify using USPS for U.S. orders and DHL for international shipments.
Rates vary based on location, package weight, and selected shipping speed.

We do not currently offer free shipping.
Special promotions may be announced in the future.


7. Packaging Policy

Premium Packaging (Tees & Caps Only)

Our premium Sunveil box is reserved exclusively for our special-edition tees and caps.
All other products (beanies, hoodies, accessories) are shipped in our standard high-quality mailer bags.

Multiple Premium Items (Same Order)

If your order includes more than one premium item (tee or cap), all premium items will be shipped together in a single premium box, unless separate orders are placed.

⚠️ IMPORTANT — Temporary Packaging Adjustment (Tee + Cap)

If you order one premium tee and one premium cap in the same order, both items will be shipped inside the cap’s premium box, due to current box dimensions.
The tee’s individual premium box will be temporarily omitted until we obtain the proper packaging to ship both premium boxes together in a single shipment.

This temporary adjustment ensures safe and efficient delivery while we upgrade our packaging inventory.

⚠️ IMPORTANT — Orders With More Than Two Premium Tees

If your order includes more than two premium tees, the items will be shipped in a standard mailer bag due to current box limitations.
Each tee will still include all its corresponding accessories (stickers, card, manifesto, etc.).

If you want each tee to include its own individual premium box, you must place separate orders for each product.
